What could be more exciting than celebrating New Year’s day conducting the prestigious Cameristi della Scala and the world renowned soloist Khatia Buniathishvili, on Rachmaninov’s piano concerto No 2 ?
The esteemed Milanese Orchestra from Teatro alla Scala, led by Dionysis Grammenos, will present a Russian flavour program to the Crans Montana Classics, including Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty Suite & Polonaise from the Opera Eugene Onegin as well as Johann Strauss’ Russian March, among other works.
